We are looking for a Recruiter to join our friendly team.
- Work experience at least 1 year in recruiting;
- Experience in sourcing and negotiation with IT candidates;
- Good time management skills;
- At least Intermediate level of English.
Will be a plus:
Experience with Jira, Confluence, HRM.
- Full cycle of recruiting;
- Monitoring of the IT labour market;
- Reporting and HR analytics;
- Participation in HR process (the first stage of onboarding).
